Q.
i started giving my son sooji ki kheer, water, milk , banana, yogurt but he is constipated since that day around 15 days back.... he is facing very very hard motions... during the time of his potty he even started crying. How can i help my son in this?? and is ghutti beneficial in this??

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than 6 months of age probably you must have started weaning food the baby very recently to avoid constipation please give some seasonal fruits like mango papaya banana to the baby
