i started giving iron drops today and my 5 month old's poop has tiny red dots is it normal?

Red dots are not associated with iron supplement it’s usually associated with blood because red drops are blood in this age the drops that you’re giving has got no connection it can only turn the motion to black but I don’t think so the red dots would be associated with it but still you should check with the Dr ones
