I started giving banana in a small quantity and now there are some small worms in his nappy ,he is 2 days away from touching 6 month

Maybe genuinely worms are there in the tummy of the child with a picture that you posted it is looking like that only but I’m not very certain whether you can do D warming for such a small child or not which is why it would be best for you to consult your doctor once
