A. A pink stain on a baby's diaper can sometimes be caused by urate crystals, which are harmless and common in breastfed babies. These crystals can form when a baby's urine is concentrated and may appear pink, orange, or red. However, if you're concerned or if the stain persists, it's best to consult with a pediatrician to rule out any underlying issues.
