I saw 2 or 3 red mark on my baby's hand or 1 ulsar type in his mouth ....is it tomato flu...if yes than please suggest me first aid

In this here it is very difficult to comment pdroperly until a proper examination or assessment is vxdone to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Without a physical assessment it is going to be very difficult to diagnose the issue like this so kindly check with your doctor after physical assessment of the child only we can further be more sure about Ashu what could possibly be the issue and whatever medication and treatment would be required would be on that basis only
