Q.

I resume work next month, my baby is 5 months, he is on breast feed, introducing him to soilds , can I go for a routine where he can have solids and formula in day and breast feed in night

A. avoid formula milk at all do not give formula milk to your baby baby will not be able to tolerate it well and can have a lot of digestion problems you can express breast milk and keep it at room temperature for up to 8 hours

A. Yeah you can give formula duirng day and night you can breastfed. your baby should have completed six months for any other foods like water or juice or even any other food. This is because only milk provides all the necessary nutrients. And early solid foods will lead to stomach upset and constipation. So breastmilk can be well stored In room temperature for 4-6 hours. But it's good to consume within 4 hours. That's safe. In fridge you can store upto 4-5 days. And in freezer you can store upto two weeks. It's absolutely safe.
