Q.

I recently started giving my baby mashed rice with veggies....he suffering from constipation....what should I do???

A. It’s early to start so also give liquids like rice kanji lentil soups and also give few sips of water a couple of times in a day and keep feeding the baby abd apply coconut oil around anus
