i put vaseline even tone lotion on my baby's face now she got infection so how can it be heal?

Please consult your doctor because maybe you have the lotion that you use is not for kids that’s why it may have given a reaction so you should consult your doctor to know what kind of reaction it is and what kind of treatment you need to follow any medication would also be required
