i purchase membership on wrong number how can I change it ? please answer

A. Kindly call on the helpline number they can assist you further on that because as far as I know once you purchase the membership from a particular number it is going to be on the same number only you cannot change it because it’s basically digitised so I don’t think so it would be possible
