I ordered two bed side rail . product I received is not working properly while fixing it into bed it is not setting properly also side rail button is not working fine. not safe for baby as not setting properly into bed. very disappointed with product I received. raised concern to return but it got rejected without any resolution not sure again anyone use his brand of not. it's very disappointed tabat ppl who order and have any issue with received product not getting Ny support. can you please help to return my received product.
