I noticed from a week that my child's tongue turns black?? I think it's fungus due to the medicines? please tell me what can I do & how to clean my babies tongue?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 months old and if her tongue is black then stop all the medicine and apply candid mouth paint twice a day and clean it with rough cotton clothes
