i noticed a problem on the navel area. is this is a problem

A. Hello good afternoon !! After 2-3 weeks or within a month the umbilical cord cut area heals,but if you observe any pus formation ,bulged naval button ,Here bleeding and the naval button seems bulged so it has not healed. Apply antiseptic ointment or powder for healing the naval button ,keep the area dry and avoid diaper or pant touching the naval button.
