i noticed a little blood dot while cleaning the nose of my baby...this happened for 4th time since his birth...what could be the reason?

A. Then get it checked with your doctor one time because this way I cannot confirm what will be the issue or generally there is an issue on no issue what is the doctor is going to examine they will be able to give you proper help on that
