Q.

I need some clarification. I am feeling increasingly stressed and overwhelmed, and I am concerned about the well-being of my children. My mother-in-law adds leftover rice (either stored in the fridge or fermented rice) to the freshly cooked rice while boiling it. I feed this to my two children three times a week. I know this practice is not ideal, but I am unable to address it with her directly. My husband has already spoken to her about it, but she continues to do it. Will this affect my children's health? I am extremely worried.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please take to her along with you to your child doctor in person and ask your doctor to address this to your mother in law. Also sit again with your mother in law and try to understand her. Thanks and take care
