Hello Ma’am See anybody over here can definitely provide you a diet chart for the child as an almost what all can you give from this age but nobody can tell you the quantity because every child has a different appetites and you do it completely depends as to what I like to eat and do they would like to eat the food that you giving or not. So to begin with you should give 2 to 3 spoons at a point of time and if your child likes it then you can give more like one small bowl is good enough that way so you can start with rice Dal water porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato Vegetable purees vegetable soup fruits Suji Kheer Upma oats ragi curd Paneer cheese all these things and good amount of water
