A. please see doc. connect. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

Q. my son is in nursery he attended online clasess whole year,in exam time he doesn't answer questions asked by teacher, something he gets forgot something he have in memory but he dont give any answer neither he sits at one place all other students are giving answer and scoring 90 to 100% but my son scores only 30 to 40% i am very much bothered shall i consult child counsellor or anyone else please guide me..

Q. Hello! I am mother of 3 years 7 months old daughter. My daughter is very intelligent and active child. But I’m struggling with two issues with her- 1. she asks for food all the time- she is bit overweight . Wherever she goes, she just asks for food. It is very embarrassing situation at times. 2. She has developed so much of anger especially, when she is meeting kids of her age. She doesn’t mingle up with other kids . I don’t know if I should seek for counsellor advice . Q. Hi, My son is 3 and verbal. Can communicate in small sentences. Recognizes and can write all the alphabets, can write number till almost 30-40. Knows all basic colours, recognizes and makes animal noises, recognizes almost all daily use things, fruits, veggies. Does pretend play at times. Responds to his name, has good eye contact. The only thing we notice is that he copies other kids a lot (including their actions) and at times copies us. He loves puzzles, loves to write and scribble and colour, loves playdough activities and can sit and do it for long. He is super friendly and can socialize. He is in Nursery and yesterday his teacher (during the open house) told us that he is moody, and answers only when he wants, talks when he wants, she also said he has shown some improvement and at times surprises them with his answers. They had a health check up at school and who ever was the visiting person wrote that he does not respond to his name, does not follow commands and echolalia (which the teacher said that it was written by the person only basis the few mins). She tells us, he is not a special child but he might be a slow learner. Which we fail to understand because he learns things so fast, he even sings songs and not just rhymes but movie songs and shlokas. The teacher suggested we take the help of the counsellor they have in their school. I am very stressed, what do I do. Get him assessed? How to get him to stop copying other kids so much?

Mom of a 2 yr 9 m old boy

Q. My kid abhiram age is 2.9 . I need child counsellor or psychologist advice regarding him sir/mam. He is very super hyper active kid. Where he won't stay in one place for even few seconds. He constantly wants to run and gets bored very easily in one place. At present we r staying in pune. So today we went to join him in school. There they said as per his age he has to join in nursery. And again while in office room he constantly started crying and asking me to take him outside and if i explain him to stay only for 5 min to talk to principle also he is not understanding and pulling me towards door. And one nanny diverted him and took him out for 5 min again same scenario. So the principal said we need to appoint separate nanny for him only exclusively and then only she can give admission. And she asked if he climbs table and all i said yes and by her talking I understood that she will appoint seperate nanny after one or two months and leave him with her and won't include him with other students while teaching nursery syllabus. As he won't sit for even 5 min. what should I do? he is very smart kid. what ever I teach him he learns it within minutes. No other problem is there. He won't hit others. he is decent kid. Just whenever we go out he shows zero patience. won't stay in one place. won't stand In queue at shops or other places. journey has became nightmare has he constantly runs around railway stations or airport. should I wait one more year for him to get patient to join him in school or should I consult doctor? as he is just 2.9 consulting child psychologist will be correct? or should I give him some more time to calm down?
