Try Plix under serum that is supposed to be really very good you can even go for other brands like pilgrims and all they all are also very good so I’m suggesting you too which ones are generally good to be used which will help reducing it plus you can also take omega three and you should also apply cucumber juice if you’re comfortable and it could be due to deficiency of iron also
