Hello ma’am calcimex Is very good calcium tablet I’m not very sure about the spelling but this is what my gynaecologist had advised me long back to go for so you can go for this medicine if you want it for yourself otherwise if you want to you can discuss it with your doctor and start any which your doctor suggest you
