i my baby is 5 month old and she is on exclusive breastfeeding ,but i lost my 25 kg Waight and my waight is still loss is there any problem

If You are losing on to your weight with faster speed then probably you are suffering with thyroid please get a thyroid test done because that will only bring you clarity whether it is a thyroid or something else and even if it is not thyroid losing weight at a faster pace is never a good sign you will have to consult your doctor ones
