I missed my periods it is 10th day I'm not getting positive I don't have irregular periods

A. Disturbance in your hormones sometimes this can happen so please check with your doctor whatever guidance is needed the doctor will advise you maybe you need to go for an ultrasound or anything else that’s going to give you a clear picture and treatment relating to that
