I missed my period 4 days ago. I tested and it is positive. can I abort it through medication.

A. first of all if u already have 2 children and u don't want another one then u should be extra careful abortion is not a good thing to do .. if it's early pregnancy i meant less than 4 weeks u can abort with medicines help but first u should consult gynecologist go for full examination ur doctor will help u with this & pls in future use contraceptives
