Follow small and frequent meal pattern
Include more protein in the diet by adding soya, sprouts, paneer, oats, daal, oats eggs, mushrooms, dry fruits, milk, curd
Lack of water intake also makes u feel weak and dehydrated .. have 2l of water minimum in a day
Also have fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should be having vitamin and calcium rich food in the diet and you should also be having fruits and vegetables well in the diet and of feeling too weak then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
