I’m using cabbage leaf to stop breastmilk but I have pain and milk clot , wat to do please help me

A. Apply warm compress on breast and manually express the milk gently and massage your breast slowly towards nipple and you will get relieve from pain and if still no improvement then rate paracetamol abd consult your Gynaecologist
