Q.

I m mom of 3years old girl. Still she is taking breast milk. I have applied bitter leaf and also the lotion but she is not leaving. Still she is feeding. I m losing my weight. Give me the suggestion to stop breastfeeding

A. to stop breastfeeding it is a process of patience it works gradually not a over night process. try to feed baby three times of meal so that baby feels less hungry and give plenty of liquids try to divert baby when he demands breastfeed and this will work for day gradually and post this try to wean in night
