Q.

I'm unable to feed because my breast milk supply reduced from 30ml to 0...i was unable to feed my baby initially because of flat nipples but now my kid is trying to latch on...but there is no milk.. what can i do

A. hi, use nipple shield to help ur baby to latch.. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday.

A. You Can I actually try having good amount of water about 5 to 6 L other than that also going to advise you to have good fibre age and protein rich diet and consult your doctor start having some lactation supplements hopefully going to be quite useful as of now
