Q.
I'm suffering from vaginal dryness problem after my second delivery...can u suggest me any medicine or cream ....

yes it happens .
it happens because of hormonal changes, infection , reaction to Medicine or other medical condition.
so ,first ,I advise to keep your self well hydrated.
mam ,during intercourse ,use lubricant which should be free from petroleum jelly and glycerin.
avoid using female gentile hygenie products.
you can apply thin layer of coconut oil there.
or use vaginal moisturizer as per your gynecologist's prescription.

This happens due to hormonal changes and it will take few months to get back to normal.
Till then u can apply water based lubricant to get relief from vaginal dryness.
