Yes of course you can feed the child continuously the way you have been doing till now just the thing is that take proper precautions by using a mask while feeding the child so that you do not sneeze or cough around the child around in the same room without a mask because a child can easily catch an infection from you and consult your doctor and start with a course of medication for yourself
