ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello Dear mum along with breastfeeding go slow and include one food at a time for the child...include stewed apple banana chickoo mash overcook rice light Dal light mash veges mash khichri mash daliya and so on keep adding new food and you apply heeng around the navel of the child at evening
