I'm seeing this maybe purple like bump in my child anus opening for few days. Last time it happens and goes aways in its own, discharging some pus from there. now it came up again. his poty is normal. stool is not that much hard . but he itches his anus every now and then, even after taking noworm syrup. it makes me worried. what can it be.
