I’m seeing small white colour discolouration in baby face, can anyone tell what it could be

A. There could be various reasons associated with that the most common is dryness second is deficiency of calcium and third which can be very commonly seen with kids these days is skin related problem so it would be advisable for you to check with your doctor one time
