I'm Sandhya mother of 2months baby..I have question that some people may gain weight after delivery some people may loose their weight...I want to be a normal how to maintain our weight correctly which should not exceed more nor less...

A. breast feed as much as you can it helps to reduce belly fat. have zeera water regularly in the morning. drink plenty of water in a day. have a balance of carbs protein and fat. avoid having oily snacks and junk food. avoid having carbs in the evening and night.
