I’m Rohan’s mother .my son has peeling skin on his thighs . What medicine can I give on him? It looks like a rashes

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl8 months agoA. Affected skin will came out on its own, if it was because of rashes then better use the raw coconut oil which the baby will feel better. If the diaper is not removed in time the discharge of urine and stools become mixed in the diaper and causing much issues to the baby.
