Q.
I m posting a photo of my son.his one side of face is swollen .pain around the neck and ear .pain while eating .coughing a lot ,nose fills with mucus frequently ,some times nose gets blocked

The picture that you are talking about is not available but with what you are mentioning there could be a possibility Mumps and that may have happened with your child for this purpose you have to check with your doctor they will help you with right course of medication to follow
