Q.

I'm not getting milk in my breasts. what can I do. My baby is 2 weeks old and he needs 60ml of milk which he is not getting from my breast so then i give him bottle feed. How do I increase breast milk?

A. Add this is usually kids have about 30 ML I think you giving extra milk to the child secondly you can take some lactation supplements increase the liquid content into your diet also it’s going to be very important for you to have a high protein-based diet lentils and good amount of fruits and vegetables
