A. Hi .. firstly ask your gynaecologist for help and if milk production is still low by doing all remedies go for formula milk powder.. whenever you feel baby is still hungry after feeding your breast milk than give formula milk as per need.. but be stress free , its a very common problem

A. if you feel that you are not having enough of milk production you have to take help from your lactation consultant for guidance regarding this it is not entirely related to any tablet but it is a hormonal process so any medicine will not be of much help

A. hi dear mom...if baby is exclusively breast fed and his pee count is more then six in twenty four hours it means baby is full and is getting sufficient feed from you..so.you need not worry.. stress can low down your supply..keep yourself well hydrated..if needed take shatavari
