I’m not feeling well I’ve body ache and fever so which medicine should I take as I’m breast feeding my son

A. Crocin you can take that’s going to help in reducing down the fever and if you are having body pain then you can take dolo 650 this is going to take care of both the things fever as well as body pain otherwise you can also take different medicines for different issues
