Q.

i m mother of six months old baby through c sec I m having back pain and weakness. now I have to join my work where I will have to sit for eight hours. but i m afraid of my back pain. how shud over come my back pain and how many days will it persist

A. back pain is coomon after c section . you should start some yoga and physiotherapy for same and can take vot d and calcium tablet for bones . . . .
