i m mother of a 1.5 year old boy...I have a deficiency of B12 and D3 .... need suggestions for intake fruits and foods and any supplements required as I m planning 2nd baby next year

A. hi. you can taje vit b 12 and vit d3 supplements, and inckude foid like dry fruirs seeds, nurs, milk and milk products, orange, oats, in your diet. ok
