Q.

I m mother of 6 months old baby. I got pregnant and I terminate my pregnancy through pills. but my breast milk supply got decreased . how to increase it again?

A. You should take Shatavari powder three times in the day with warm milk which is what is going to be probably helpful for you in increasing your lactation with time if required please check with your doctor for other supplements also
