I'm mother of 4+ month baby, I had cesarian delivery my belly bigger than before,when it will come to normal

Author of questionMom of a 5 m old girl4 weeks agoA. I am already working women, I had started my job after one month of delivery.Also I am doing my house hold chore daily, physically I'm active but my weight is not reducing 😔

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 weeks agoA. Hello! Try to be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice daily. Try Yoga and Meditation for better physical and mental health. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
