I'm mother of 30 days baby. I'm feeding him both breast and formula milk. Breast milk getting reduced day by day. can i get tips for milk production

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats etc in ur diet to increase bm. Take care
