A. Dear Mommy I personally believe that no food only can supplement our daily vitamin and mineral requirements. Hence I am taking multivitamin in capsule form MaxiRich and especially formulated Becosule capsule once a day prefer the post lunch period as these suppliments may cause constipation to some. A. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which wilfl help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.
