Q.
i m mom of two children...one is 9 month old n second one 9 years old....some time I loss my temper as am handling my both kids solely even though I have joint family of ten...I love my kids but some time I loose my temper...all are just giving me advice n judge me on my work...i done my all households chores my office work...n in that all my husband is not at all taking interest....I m imitationaly break some time...what should I do...i cry i stand n start new things again'...plz help me

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist1 week agoA. dear mum , firstly u are doing a great job for ur kids n family a moms love and decision for kids cannot b judged by anyone u are overwhelmed with office n kids so try to hire help , prioritise ur works do what is most important even if it means shortcuts dont forget self care avoid shouting on kids talk to ur husband dont b afraid seek professional help
