A. So, make the following foods an essential part of your diet: Dairy products like milk and curds. Dark green leafy vegetables such as spinach and fenugreek. Sesame seeds (Til) and ragi (nachni). Pulses, legumes and dalssuch as moong, matki , moong dal, masoor dal etc.
