I m in my fifth month of pregrency, what diet plans, and exercise should I do for keeping me fit n healthy along with my unborn. and about what I must worry

A. Hi during this month u need to look after your protein and caloric consumption as that needs to be high. You need to ensure that ur diet is rich source of iron as that will help for keeping your hb under right range

A. hi as you are five months pregnant, please take healthy and well blanaced diet. take different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, dairy products etc. keep your body well hydrated avoid drinking RO water. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day. stay active . go for daily morning walk. maintain good hygiene
