I'm in my 8th month now what food should I add in my diet for my baby's good birth weight

A. dear you should have a diet that is balanced with variety of food groups whole grain, millets healthy protein sources pulses sprouts beans soya legumes egg and non veg nuts and oil seeds low fat milk and milk products 500 ml seasonal vegetables green leafy vegetables and fruits good water intake

A. Lot of fluids like coconut water, fruits, all sorts of veggies and protein rich foods. Always plan a balanced meal ( little carbs, more veggies and fruits and proteins) for proper health benefits to you and baby.
