I’m in gulf country and here myself,my husband and baby leaves alone he is feeling bored and getting addicted to mobile phones and how can my make him engaged And also make him talk soon

you will have to spend more time then only the child will not need any type of other distraction. if there are other children available nearby than the child can play with them
