A. anesthesia has no effect on body. happens due to deficiencies or neuralgia due to wrong posture. you need to consult your orthopedic doctor for proper examination and start treatment as advised

A. Walking, swimming, and biking may all help reduce back pain. Start with short sessions and build up over time. If your back is hurting, try swimming, where the water supports your body. Avoid any strokes that twist your body.

A. i think it could be due to sleeping on one side or not having an active lifestyle like exercise or work-out. try to go for a walk everyday and increase your time spent in regaining your health.
