Q.

i m having a fever, as i am a brestfeed mother. wat are the precautions is needed? can i breastfeed my baby, can i touch my baby? or else gap needed

A. you should continue to breastfeed. breastfeeding should continue without interruption . it’s still important to make sure you wash your hands often, avoid coughing or sneezing near your baby

A. hi dear Is breast-feeding beyond infancy recommended? The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends exclusive breast-feeding for the first six months after birth — and breast-feeding in combination with solid foods until at least age 1. After that, breast-feeding is recommended as long as you and your child wish to continue.
