Q.
I'm giving my baby mms formula milk stage 2 as my milk supply is too low... but there r small black particals in the powder.. I don't understand why... and manufacturing date is also not expired.. please help me

That means the powder milk that you have got is not right in this case I would recommend you that you should just go for another box and put a complain regarding this to the manufacturer this is not right because if it if there is no black particle into that you have to get it checked and please do not give it to the child
